    Got this as a christmas gift for my wife. It worked like a charm. She had the guitar tuned up in 5 minutes flat.

    It shuts down automatically if silent for 3 minutes – just about pin drop silence.

    The LED glows green if the tuning is right or it glows red…it also highlights the letter for that chord to indicate the tuning so that you know you tuned the right one.

    Requires 2 AAA batteries had to rush out to get some as this one doesnt come with batteries.

    It is a very effective tuner, with a very good price as well. I really recommend it for every guitar beginner. However, Oh one thing, the batteries are not included.
